Clear™ Project

If you’re going to inhale nicotine, it shouldn’t be a mystery.

Clear™ is not about promoting nicotine. It’s about changing how nicotine products are built.

CLEAR™ is a clean nicotine inhalation system designed to reduce unnecessary harm through transparency, restraint, and continuous improvement. It exists for adults who already use nicotine and want fewer unknowns in what they inhale.

The Problem

Vaping is not harmless and existing scientific evidence clearly shows that modern vaping products can negatively affect health, including:

1 • Lung and airway irritation and inflammation

2 • Cardiovascular stress and blood vessel dysfunction

3 • Exposure to toxic byproducts and heavy metals

5 • Long-term health effects that are still not fully understood

Beyond that, disposable vapes and similar products often add another layer of risk: chemical opacity. Users inhale complex aerosol mixtures without knowing what is inside, how those substances behave when aerosolized, or what changes during device operation.

Ignoring these risks doesn’t protect people, and neither does hiding them. This project is important because informed adults deserve clarity.

Why This Is Different

Many products market themselves as "healthier vapes". Most still rely on the same core assumptions: heat, batteries, metal components, and complex liquid formulations.

This project starts from a different premise.

Instead of modifying existing vape technology, CLEAR explores whether nicotine delivery can be redesigned with fewer sources of exposure and fewer unknowns.

No Battery

The design is without an onboard battery. This removes risks associated with battery failure, overheating, and electrical degradation over time.

No Heat

There is no heating element. Nicotine delivery is explored without combustion, coils, or high temperatures that can create unwanted byproducts.

No Metal Exposure

The liquid path is designed to avoid metal contact. This reduces the possibility of metal leaching or particulate exposure from coils, meshes, or soldered components.

Minimal Ingredients

The nicotine formula is intentionally simple:

  • No propylene glycol (PG)
  • No vegetable glycerin (VG)
  • No oils
  • No unnecessary additives

The goal is to work with the smallest number of ingredients required for function, stability, and consistency—nothing more.

Designed to Lower Exposure, Not Rebrand It

This project does not assume nicotine is harmless. It assumes nicotine exists, and that if people choose to use it, the system delivering it should introduce as few additional risks as possible.

This is an exploration in reduction, control, and transparency—not a lifestyle product and not a claim of safety.

CLEAR™ does not dispute this research. It's built in response to it.

What This Website Is Used For

This site is the working home of the project. It’s where development updates are shared, design choices are explained, testing results are posted, and decisions are documented over time.

Members can:

  • Follow real progress (not marketing claims)
  • Understand how and why design choices are made
  • Give feedback before products exist
  • Watch and support a nicotine system designed to reduce harm

Nothing here is finished. That’s the point.

Who CLEAR™ Is For

1 • Adults who already use nicotine

2 • People who want fewer unknowns in what they inhale

3 • Users who prefer clarity and intentional design

4 • Those who believe informed choice matters

This is not designed to make nicotine harmless or to encourage new users.

CLEAR™ will not be released or continued if credible evidence shows harm beyond baseline nicotine exposure that cannot be meaningfully reduced through design, formulation, or process changes.

Harm reduction does not mean harm denial.

Long-Term Vision

CLEAR™ is intended to evolve from a product into a reference standard. Defining what clean nicotine inhalation should look like. It does not claim perfection. It commits to clarity.
